The Polls Are Up

Help cast the non-existent Life As We Knew It movie. Three polls to the right.

Ooh, I like this. My shortest blog entry ever (except now maybe it isn't)!

My UK pre-order of This World arrived in the mail yesterday - a few days early, hooray! I'm already half way through and really enjoying it.

Hi Kats and thank you for your comment and your purchase-

I hope you like the rest of This World. It's fun knowing it's available now in the UK.

Love the polls! Very nice choices :) If LAWKI were to be turned into a film it would be so amazing!

Hi sehvertherhageTM-

I love the polls too. And I agree, it would be amazing if LAWKI became a film (which is why I'm not counting on it)!

Hi! Are you ever going to put up more characters?

Susan Beth Pfeffer said...

Hello Anonymous-

I don't think so, at least not right away. Miranda, Mom and Matt seemed to be the ones with the most suggestions for casting.

I wish there was going to be a movie!! I loved all the picks for each character. Just wondering If they were going to make a movie who do you think should direct it?

Hi Natasha-

I wish there was going to be a movie also. Well, maybe someday.

I have no idea who I'd want to direct it. Maybe I should have made a poll for that also!

I think that all the undecided votes in the 'mom' category should go to Sigourney. (Basically I think this because I suggested her.)

By the way, your new picture reminds me of Blofeld from the James Bond movies.

Hi Glen-

I'm a little concerned that the non-existent movie version of LAWKI will star None Of The Above in all three roles.

And I'm rooting for Susan Sarandon. Us Susans got to stick together (although I have a vague memory that Sigourney Weaver's real first name is Susan).

I'm off to check on Google, Because I'll do anything rather than work on rewrites!

Hello.

I've never commented before but it just occurred to be that I picture Miranda Cosgrove as Miranda. So none of the above on your poll for me.

Hi Andrea and thanks for leaving a comment-

None Of The Above seems to be a very popular choice.

I'm curious to see what the final results will be, and how many None Of The Aboves will end up winning!

Hi i never commented too and I think miranda crosgrove is way too young and so is abigal bresslin and i think miranda is a bad actress as it is and can barley even be funny......

Good morning Anonymous-

It's fun to be a casting director, isn't it.

It's even more fun when you're casting (or rejecting) actors for a non-existent movie!

selena gomez can play miranda's role nd that'll surely suit her

Susan Beth Pfeffer said...

Hi Jessie and Arshiya-

I wouldn't worry about Miranda being miscast. There's no movie being made, and if there ever is, I'm sure the producer will find just the right actress to play her!

no seleana is mexican not white! but she can surley play brianna in the dead and the gone!

I know this entry is quite late, but I still would like to give my opinion. Is there anything wrong with that? NO. I think Danielle Campbell should play Miranda. She was great in Starstruck, and she is def a great actress. Also, she isn't too well known, so it would be perfect. Movie-goers wouldn't get too hung up on the actors. Dan should be played by Sterling Knight. I absolutely love him!! He has the most amazing eyes. Alex should be played by Nathan Kress! He is CUTE!!!! That is always nice in a movie! Jon. . .I don't know about Jon or Julie to be honest.

The last entry was by me, Sunshine :-)!
